RSS test case, so you don't have to happen on a feed while something's escaped. Note the double-escaping: lacking a clear spec, traditional practice in RSS is to escape entities so that the output from an XML parser is ready to be handed to an HTML renderer (parser unescapes once, down to &, renderer dereferences entity as &).
