Dynamic download of tamil fonts not showing correctly even after I download and install fonts in Windows

The site www.webulagam.com uses dynamic download of fonts and it works fine in
Netscape 4.7. However in Netscape 7.1 it never works though I have downloaded
and installed the appropriate font. Same error for www.vikatan.com and
www.dinamalar.com
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Visit any of the above urls.

Error occurs all the time
Expected Results:
Show the correct font.

Mozilla doesn't support dynamic fonts (bug 52746). Downloading the font works
for me on the given URIs, except www.vikatan.com.
