Some borders around the left boxes (Recent Articles, Online Users) aren't closed. The div statement should encapsulate the box content and should encapsulate it with a border. The CSS code is OK, the html as well. Reproducible: Sometimes Steps to Reproduce: resizing browser window helps to reproduce the bug Actual Results: border of left boxes isn't closed Expected Results: border should go around the box
This also shows in the 20040927 trunk build. It needs a reduced testcase. ->Browser/Layout

Attached file testcase (deleted) —
(very) simplified testcase. The bottom line of the red border is missing on both examples in this testcase. The upper example uses the font settings of the original testcase, together with <br> elements at the right places. The lower example specifies the div heights in (fractional) pixels instead of using <br>s. This is clearly a rounding issue (and probably a duplicate).
This is very similar to bug 159880, and ultimately a result of bug 63336. Probably should be closed as a dupe of one of those (unless there's an even more similar bug out there which I didn't find).
