User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; rv:1.7.3) Gecko/20040913 Firefox/0.10 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; rv:1.7.3) Gecko/20040913 Firefox/0.10 The new google toolbar is really great, but I'm used to the way as mozilla worked: when typing a URL, with the down arrow I could choose directly search the web. In firefox, there is not there (OK, when typing in something and pressing enter, the first site which google finds is loaded, but...) Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3.
You could go to about:config and change the value for keyword.URL to whatever search you want the address bar to perform. Otherwise, this is probably a wontfix.
