Gosh, it sure would be super if we could have an entry in the context menu of
animated items (animated .gif and .mng files, etc.) that would cause the
selected image to animate normally. It would only be activated when the global
animation preference is set to "once" or "never". Basically selecting this
option would cause the image to animate normally untill the page reloaded or
navigated away from. Because sometimes you want to see what an animation looks
like without having to reload anything or fiddle with the global options.
