This only happens AFTER I have clicked within the text box, but I do not need to have entered text. The applet retains focus until the tab containg the applet is closed. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.http://www.jeeptech.com/javaAps/conv.html 2.click in the applet text box 3.type anything 4.open a new tab or go to an existing tab 5.notice the text box from the applet has followed you 6.attempt to type anything into a form on the new tab (ie. google search) Actual Results: I could not use the browser to fillout web forms until after the tab had been closed. Expected Results: retained focus for the applet on its tab (if necessary) but not ported it over to other tabs where the applet was not even present
