We want to use a risk metric in order to aid in scheduling bug fixes and new development. Using this we can verify that our time estimates are accurate (i.e. if our estimate of the effort is low but our estimate of the risk is high then our time estimate is off). It must be a numerical field (1 to 10 is fine) so that we can perform calculations on it (averages, sums, etc.)

Reassigning bugs that I'm not actively working on to the default component owner in order to try to make some sanity out of my personal buglist. This doesn't mean the bug isn't being dealt with, just that I'm not the one doing it. If you are dealing with this bug, please assign it to yourself.

We got a different product so we don't need this any more.
