Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Set Firefox to be default browser 2. Create an internet shortcut on desktop with the following URL http://stockcharts.com/candleglance?GSC.TO,K.TO,$gold,$xau,bgo.to,gam.to,img.to,age.to,$gold,$xau,abx.to,eld.to,ngx.to,mng.to,$gold,$xau,mae.to,swg.to|D Actual Results: Notice that two tabs open with one of them being the D-Link page Expected Results: Opened only one page which is the stockcharts page
