Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.3) Gecko/20041013 Firefox/0.10 I have to focus the right pane for the scrollbar to scroll the advanced options panel. Is that a bug?

The behavior I see is that I have to focus on an element (like a expand/collapse mark, radio button or a checkbox) in the right pane to be able to scroll. Just clicking on a blank area or even clicking on a frame title (that correctly expands/collapses) doesn't activate wheel scrolling.

This is no longer an Options dialog issue, the prefs redesign "fixed" it. There may be a core issue not solved here. Moving to General.
