Back button fails to operate on two pages with same spelling but different case

If you are on a page and navigate to a page with the exact same spelling for its
URL, but a different case, the back button will bring you back to the page prior
to the first page. E.g if you are on http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Duck_and_Cover
and navigate to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Duck_and_cover (a different page),
pressing back will return you to what you were on before Duck and Cover.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Navigate to a page with the same spelling but different case to the one you
are using.
2.Press the Back button
Actual Results:
The back button brings you back two (or more, I presume, but cannot find a
suitable test case) pages rather than the one intended.
Expected Results:
Brought you back one page
