Try this page to compare with 4.xx one's...
The only difference I see between 4.x and Mozilla is mozilla's font size is by default a bit larger. This is not a bug. If I am missing something, please reopen.

ezh@infonet.ee, please write a description of the bug you are seeing and update the sumary. Neither of those things is descriptive enough for us to know what's wrong. If you're not sure what I mean, please refer to our bug writing guidelines: http://www.mozilla.org/quality/bug-writing-guidelines.html If you think it's a CSS bug, please pick apart that page, and narrow it down to a line in CSS code that's being rendered incorrectly, and then reopen this bug. Thanks!

Are you blind or what? Do you see the difference between attached screenshots? See the colors of all links?
I have this again from 2000030208 (at least). Looks like CSS is not loaded or not completely loaded... I use win32 zipped 2000030408.

ezh@infonet.ee, we are neither blind nor what. A description can often help speed recognition of the problem. Screen shots are great but with a summary and a description this vague it is unlikely that anyone searching Bugzilla for this bug would find it. In the future please include better descriptions. ezh: I'm not blind and don't call me stupid :-) My guess is that the page is correctly displayed the first time but not the subsequent times. Could you turn off the Memory Cache in the Debug prefs and try this page again? If it is correctly displayed, the bug can be closed as duplicate of bug 29370.
Yep. That's it. But it displays after _first_ time it loads. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 29370 ***
