This is not a real bug, but a test-bed for bug 126266: problem of encoding in
Bugzilla as well as in reports and comments.

People are invited to use this bug to try testing encoding so as to avoid
polluting bug 126266 which is for discussion.
That's what http://landfill.bugzilla.org/ is for.
