On the page http://www.netdays.at there are no horizontal scrollbars if the
browser is smaller than the needed table width (roughly 900 pixel)

1. Open http://www.netdays.at
2. decrease the width of the browser window

Actual Results:
no horizontal scrollbars
Expected Results:
mozilla should show the horizontal scrollbars
