There needs to be a filter command to select the subject key words like (.jpg) then, download the attachment automatically into the directory of choice like (c:\pictures) ECT. Filtering on subject is already there. More to the point, you can view a folder and enter a text for the subject to match in the MailView at the top of the thread pane, limiting display to only those messages with that subject. At that point, you could easily select any or all of the displayed messages and then (with the feature requested at the bug to which I'm duping this) save them all to a single directory. It's possible that what you actually want to filter on is the name of the attachment, rather than the subject (terminology counts).
