In http://altern.org/nme/frames.html, the CSS'ed h1 and h2 tags don't show up
correctly. Also, the menu's links on the left are not opening in the iframe,
they're opening in a "new" window. To see how the page should look, use IE 5.01
[site developed with that].

well, the iframes work for me. on 2000020414
However, the css is not working, especially in the main.html file. The thing
is, then it loads the page, I first see the page with the correct <h1> and <h2>,
but no css. Then, css is loaded, and the <h> tags are "lost". However, the
css is in a external file. Moving this to the style component.

The reporter did not specify the Build# nor the OS.
The iframes work for me too.
The problem with h1/h2 tags is a dup of bug 29370 (as a temporary workaround, you
can turn off the Memory Cache in the Debug prefs)
