This sounds like it duplicates Bug 116945.

I've just seen bug 116945 as showed by gekacheka@yahoo.com. Its kinda the same thing, in my case I am relating it with the notes feature in Outlook (more simple) and in the mentioned link it is related to notepad feature in Lotus Organizer.
