Firstly, this is regarding Live Bookmarks (RSS, Atom, RDF-based).

An RDF file for RSS using mostly Dublin Core Metadata (and some RSS from its
namespace) will not parse correctly for use in a live bookmark. DC allows for
more descriptive RSS, and it should be added for use for use in RSS bookmarks.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Attempt to use a DC-based RDF file for use in an RSS bookmark.
Actual Results:  
"Live Bookmark feed failed to load."

Expected Results:  
Treat it like a pure RSS or Atom file.

This should deal with the Feedview when it comes back into play.  DC allows for
other information to be given about an item, and some syndication feeds use it
along with RDF or other namespaces to give the extra information not allowed by
RSS and Atom.

Certainly not "clean-report" since it had to morph from being invalid, asking
for alternate elements for things that Live Bookmarks don't even use into a
generalized "waiting for Son of Feedview" bug. The testcase is completely
invalid RSS, and also replaces required RSS elements that are defined as
rdfs:subPropertyOf dc elements with the broader, *less* descriptive dc elements.
And since at this point we have no idea what Son of Feedview is going to look
like, it's too early to be asking for other non-core things. Once it comes back,
please ask for *specific* RSS extension elements (not including title and
description) to be added, rather than a fuzzy "Dublin Core good!"
