It is a really good function to not having to launch the whole appliction only to check a time. That or maybe a thing to iconify and easily access trough the notification-area/systray. Maybe something like an small "caller-app" for the notification-area/systray witch both thunderbird and sunbird could use if they are installed toghether or alone?
