I wanted to open a html-file on my hdd, when the error
"The file /c:/%E4%FC%F6/test.htm cannt be found.
Please check the location and try again." occured.
Hoever, if I write the URL manually into the location bar, the file can be opened.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a html file in: C:\äüö\test.html
2. Open it by Right-Mouse-Buttom -> Open with ... -> Mozilla Firefox
Marking as dupe of Bug 263570. Bug appears since FF 1.0. Feel free to reopen the
bug if don't think it is the same issue.
