In the "Steps to Reproduce" you don't specify if you've gone into the Tools|Options dialog and checked the option "Use Thunderbird as the default mail application" at the top of the first page. Did you? (I'm assuming that option exists in the Mac version...)
Summary: The Thunderbird can't be set as a default emailer → [Mac] The Thunderbird can't be set as a default emailer

(In reply to comment #1) > In the "Steps to Reproduce" you don't specify if you've gone into the > Tools|Options dialog and checked the option "Use Thunderbird as the default mail > application" at the top of the first page. Did you? (I'm assuming that option > exists in the Mac version...) I am sorry but there is no such an option for MacOS X version, if I am not wrong.
