Details

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.7.5) Gecko/20041107 Firefox/1.0
Build Identifier: version 0.9+ (20041118)

If you click "email" link on a web page, the Mail from the Apple is invoked
instead of the Thunderbird.

There should be a way to set the Thunderbird as a default emailer

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. click email address link on a web page
2. See if the Mail is invoked or the Thunderbird is invoked.
3.

Actual Results:
The Mail is invoked.
In the "Steps to Reproduce" you don't specify if you've gone into the
Tools|Options dialog and checked the option "Use Thunderbird as the default mail
application" at the top of the first page. Did you? (I'm assuming that option
exists in the Mac version...)
Summary: The Thunderbird can't be set as a default emailer → [Mac] The Thunderbird can't be set as a default emailer

I am sorry but there is no such an option for MacOS X version, if I am not wrong.
