Make an option so we can Disable warning mesages that apear during browsing when
webpages are not find or opened.
Mesages like this that apear very often:
"Could'nt contact www.... address."
"The operation timed out when attempting to conect www...."
"The www.... could not be found please check the name and try again"
"This document contains no data"
This kind of messages should be turned off.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open many webpages at the same time on a low internet conection
2. The webpages that could'nt be opened display warning mesages

Actual Results:
Too many warning messages apear durring browsing.

Expected Results:
This kind of messages are very anoyng and should be turned off.
