User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.5) Gecko/20041107 Firefox/1.0 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.5) Gecko/20041107 Firefox/1.0 I was browsing some webpages that I have browsed before with no problem. The last one was http://www.pczn.com/ or http://www.gables.com/PropertyTour/PropertyHome.cfm?propid=44# The computer crashed badly: I got a blue screen saying that there was some problem with ati3d2ag.dll I have a very recent antivirus, or I could have thought that it's a problem with my computer and not of Firefox, however, my bookmarks and homepage have dissapeared after I restarted the computer!!! I have tried to look for the bookmarks file but I have lost all of them. I have tried the above webpages again with no trouble. Sorry I don't have any more details, I am not an expert with computers. Thank you. Reproducible: Couldn't Reproduce Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3.
ati3d2ag.dll is part of the ATI graphics display driver, and a quick Google reveals older versions of ATI drivers blue-screening with other applications in this dll. Are your video card drivers up to date? Which display card / chipset are you using, and what driver version?
it should be noted that the fact that your bookmarks are lost is covered by another report, so either this bug is invalid (it's not are fault your video driver is broken), or it needs to be resolved as a duplicate of a bookmarks bug. unfortunately you neglected to fill out the expected results field.
