When adding new e-mail accounts to Thunderbird the default is to download from
server all mail and NOT to leave mail on serve.
Need function to set and or change defaut setting to LEAVE MAIL ON SERVER ??

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install Thunderbird
2.Add account
3. Add e-mail address
4. Follow instruction
5. At prompt to download e-mail select no
6. Go to account settings and change to leave mail on server save and close
7. Reopen e-mail account and download mail while leaving copy on server
Actual Results:
The above works as discussed
Expected Results:
A function to select global setting to leave mail on server with option to edit
as needed.
Please advise best way to help support the project
