Confirm. This problem is not only Download Manager. Theme Manager etc. is generated in a window without a menu.

This would be fixed by bug 132109 getting fixed.
Depends on: 132109
May 16, 2006 Tuesday - This bug remains in effect. Using Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.7.13) Gecko/20060414 --- the Download Manager windows still does not respond to "COMMAND-W" or File Menu command "Close".
Could this be related to bug #337122?
