The Download Manager window does not close in response to "COMMAND-W" or to the
Edit Menu command "Close".
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open Download Manager window
2.Type "COMMAND-W" or select "Close" from the Apple Menu>File>Close Tab
3.
Actual Results:
Nothing
Expected Results:
The software should have Closed the Download Manager window.
Actually the Download Manager doesn't respond seem to any Apple Menu commands.

Confirm.
This problem is not only Download Manager.
Theme Manager etc. is generated in a window without a menu.

May 16, 2006 Tuesday - This bug remains in effect. Using Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.7.13) Gecko/20060414 --- the Download Manager windows still does not respond to "COMMAND-W" or File Menu command "Close".
