There are plenty of keywords on https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/describekeywords.cgi that no one would be using anymore, such as adt1.0.0 or mozilla1.0. It would be nice to have the list split into current and deprecated to make it easier to find the one you're looking for.
the list is generated. i think we're more likely to simply remove the dead ones, that's what we've done in the past. however, asking about the ability to do this is the subject for bugzilla.

Note that bug#69267 is about disabling/retiring keywords (and some other stuff as well) And for comparison, note that bug#77193 is all about retiring components/milestones and versions, and there should probably be some sort of consistant approach to displaying old/retired 'things'.
