User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.5) Gecko/20041107 Firefox/1.0 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.5) Gecko/20041107 Firefox/1.0 On several occations - but not every time - I've found that pages containing php/MySQL based scripts will not load fully until I refresh the page in question. This has also been supported by visitors to the sites, on Firefox browsers. Screenshots to illustrate the problem (read from bottom up): http://www.pix8.net/pro/album_folder.php?u_id=1692IACVN&f_id=14030 Also read this thread: http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewtopic.php?p=1019956 Reproducible: Sometimes Steps to Reproduce: 1. Simply by visiting the pages in question 2. 3. Actual Results: Pages do not load fully until reloaded Expected Results: Pages should have loaded in first instance

This is an automated message, with ID "auto-resolve01". This bug has had no comments for a long time. Statistically, we have found that bug reports that have not been confirmed by a second user after three months are highly unlikely to be the source of a fix to the code. While your input is very important to us, our resources are limited and so we are asking for your help in focussing our efforts. If you can still reproduce this problem in the latest version of the product (see below for how to obtain a copy) or, for feature requests, if it's not present in the latest version and you still believe we should implement it, please visit the URL of this bug (given at the top of this mail) and add a comment to that effect, giving more reproduction information if you have it. If it is not a problem any longer, you need take no action. If this bug is not changed in any way in the next two weeks, it will be automatically resolved. Thank you for your help in this matter. The latest beta releases can be obtained from: Firefox: http://www.mozilla.org/projects/firefox/ Thunderbird: http://www.mozilla.org/products/thunderbird/releases/1.5beta1.html Seamonkey: http://www.mozilla.org/projects/seamonkey/
I received an email asking me to confirm whether or not this is still a problem, and unfortunately I have to say it is. I have the latest builds of all most common browsers for the Win platform, and Firefox is the only one I'm experiencing this with.
I can confirm this bug. I have noticed it on a lot of Microsoft Knowledge Base articles. Screenshots: http://img316.imageshack.us/my.php?image=screen19ir.jpg http://img334.imageshack.us/my.php?image=screen29zj.jpg Another forum thread: http://www.cybertechhelp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=100063

the problem i'm currently experiencing with some code for a customers intranet project seems to be the same as this bug. please check out my attached sample to either confirm this rather old bug or tell me if i should open a new one. instructions: when the testcase.html is loaded for the first time the height of the bottom row containing html construct that builds up a custom button is rendered wrong. as soon you either reload the sample or resize the browser window horizontally(!!!) everything is fine. you can force that rendering bug to happen all the time when caching is disabled at all (e.g. via the webdeveloper extension)

Weirdness observed with: - Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.9a1) Gecko/2006120606 Minefield/3.0a (pre-reflow branch) (When viewing the testcase, the text "Longer Button" doesn't appear at the bottom in the red cell, until a reflow is done) No weirdness observed with: - Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.9a1) Gecko/2006120804 Minefield/3.0a1 (post-reflow branch) (When viewing the testcase, the text "Longer Button" appear at the bottom in the red cell under all circumstances) -->RESOLVED FIXED ?
Depends on: reflow-refactor
