i tryed this in 4 pages, and happends in all them. If you focus a filled textbox
from the keyboard using "tab" key or "shift+tab", you can write one more
character every times you do this.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. fill a textbox
2. focus it using the keyboard
3. write anothe character
Actual Results:
another character appears in the text box.
Expected Results:
the maxlength property shouldn't permit to write in a filled textbox

Steps to reproduce are: type maxlength characters, tab, shift-tab, right-arrow
to collapse selection, type (maxlength+1)th character, but it's a dup.
