Require extension authors to submit extension descriptions following the above as a condition for being entered into the database, and exercise editorial judgment. Alert the authors of currently listed extensions to the new guidelines, and ask them to update their descriptions. Provide some technical means for web visitors to easily express their bewilderment (e.g., a "report a problem with this entry" link).
