Open link in new window - this cause to set active window to the new one.
I'll try to explane what I want:
W1 - window where is a link
W2 - new window
In W1 we want to open a link in a new window. Right click on the link (I hope
bug 17921 will be rosolved sooner as in M20) -> open in new window. The W2 is
now active, but I want to stay on the on W1, while W2 loads. But when I CTRL-TAB
to W1 from W2 W2 becomes again active one during loading... This sucks - I must
again CTRL-TAB.

I'm experiencing a bug that probably related to this one on my G3 mac, 9.0 with
build 2000 03 22 05:
after context-clicking "open link in new window" the original window (w1) looses
focus and gives it to the new window (w2), but the *link stays active*.
then when I return focus to w1 the link is inactive again.
new one, same one? if it's the same one then this is probably (a little) more
than 'enhancement' don't cha think.

I don't see any of these behaviours using mac/linux/win32 builds for today.
Marking Worksforme. If there are further details, then please reopen and
enter them here.

I too can see the *link stays active* behaviour described
by "boo" 2000-03-23
using Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; WinNT4.0; en-US; rv:0.9.1) Gecko/20010607
BuildID: 2001060703
Maybee it's related to Bug #35191

The "steal focus" thing is one of the mostfreq bugs, Bug #77675
It seems obvious to me, that we are discussing two different issues here.
