Imported my mail from Outlook 2003 in lieu of migrating to Thunderbird.  In the
process of testing it out I discovered that the "read" flag on all my folders
was improperly set by default.

Whenever I click on a folder after importing it it immediately reverts the
contents to "unread", bolding all the emails and forcing me to specifically
right click and set the folder as "read".  This is horribly annoying and time
consuming given that I have literally hundreds of folders.

If this is a result of a bad import system for Outlook then that feature should
probably be looked at. If this is just a setting the proper behavior for
post-import status (assuming the field can';t be read from Outlook) should be to
mark all imported mail as read.
