User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.5) Gecko/20041107 Firefox/1.0 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.5) Gecko/20041107 Firefox/1.0 When I am in a right to left textarea and writing some lines, when I try to highlight the upper line by clicking a little bit after the end of the line, and dragging it nothing happens Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.go to a rtl textarea (or any textarea and right click it and choose switch this page direction, 2. click after the end of the line and try to drack the text, from the left to the right Actual Results: nothing Expected Results: highlight the text
The text selection works fine if you click on the text and then drag. The problem only occurs when the initial click is to the left of the text, fixing bug 277553 will also fix this problem. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 277553 ***

I am not sure about it being a duplicated, its a very similar bug but there is a slight difference, in this bug the case is when I try to highlight in every line, even on the first line, witout hitting Enter, the 277553 bug happens only from the seconed line, concerning the above line. I think it needs some special attention just in case its not the case. Oran
