None of the services in the services menu are available for use, such as "summarize"

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select some text
2. Go into "Firefox" menu
3. Go into "Services submenu

Actual Results:  
The "summarize" option is greyed out

Expected Results:  
The summarize option should have been available for use.
