Remove workaround for plaintext editor <br> in MoveCaret.
This is a followup from bug 207623 where I had to add a workaround for this
problem by adding this "else"-block:
http://bonsai.mozilla.org/cvsblame.cgi?file=mozilla/layout/generic/nsSelection.cpp&rev=3.192&root=/cvsroot&mark=1444-1449#1444
when bug 240933 is fixed that block can probably be removed.
