Details
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.5) Gecko/20041107 Firefox/1.0
Build Identifier: Mozilla Thunderbird version 1.0 (20041206)
Immediately after installing Thunderbird, I imported everything from Outlook
Express. Mailing lists show up in Thunderbird, but when viewed with Properties,
they are all empty.
Reproducible: Didn't try
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a mail list in Outlook Express and add some members to it
2. Import mail lists from Outlook Express to Thunderbird
3. Look at the imported mail list
Actual Results:
The mail list in Thunderbird is empty
Expected Results:
All members of the Outlook Express mail list should show up as members of the
Thunderbird mail list.
I verify that this is the case. It is always repeatable. I have not seen a
case yet where the Outlook Express import properly imports the mailing lists.
Of course, it should be noted that even trying to transfer OE to itself (between
accounts) can prove problematic.. I don't think the address book format it uses
is very stable.
If there was a more user-interactive tool for doing the import, this might help.
I wonder if it is partly a mapping-style issue.

I have a fix for this - it needs some cleanup, however.
