font selection preference for unicode is not correctly applied in winXP. it's
overriden by western font pref in case of english version of winXP; Korean font
pref in case of Korean version of winXP.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. open URL given above.
2. try changing unicode font selection.
3a. if you're using english winXP, try changing western font selection
3b. if you're L10N winXP, try chaning font for appropriate language (e.g. Korean
in case of Korean winXP)
Actual Results:
the page is displayed in the font designated in western (or Korean) pref.
Expected Results:
the page should be displayed in the font designated in Unicode pref.
IIRC this bug was observed for a very long time; should be observable in win2k
environment too.
