When hovering the mouse overtop of the named anchors, the text style changes according to the stylesheet for links, however, these are not clickable links, just named anchors. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Load page 2. Hover mouse on named anchor, such as the Question #1 text header at the second box Actual Results: The text style changed according to the stylesheet. Expected Results: The text should have stayed as-is since it is not a clickable link.
