This is intermittent - sometimes when 1st starting the browser it is correct (as it was in 1.7), but then it resets itself to the incorrect format. Reproducible: Sometimes Steps to Reproduce: 1. Create a personal toolbar with at least 6 items on it 2. Run using a 1024 x 768 resolution 3. place the browser as a window (NOT maximized) to the right on the desktop covering 75% or so of the desktop Expected Results: Behaved as it did in 1.7 or when it first opens (sometimes!)
