Content that is generated automatically by CSS :after and :before properties is
not selectable/findable. For example, one can't select/copy&paste URI that is
generated by blockquote[cite]:after { content: "URI: " attr(cite); }. This means
that user can't follow the link, for example, nor he/she can perform any actions
on it. The text itself also is not findable i.e. you won't find a string that
was generated with CSS.
The text is selectable in Opera, however.
