User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.7.5) Gecko/20041107 Firefox/1.0 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.7.5) Gecko/20041107 Firefox/1.0 Content that is generated automatically by CSS :after and :before properties is not selectable/findable. For example, one can't select/copy&paste URI that is generated by blockquote[cite]:after { content: "URI: " attr(cite); }. This means that user can't follow the link, for example, nor he/she can perform any actions on it. The text itself also is not findable i.e. you won't find a string that was generated with CSS. The text is selectable in Opera, however. Reproducible: Always
