If download manager exits there is no way to resume from partially downloaded file, just starting over.

if somehow the download manager gets closed (freeze, restart, .etc)there is no
way to resume the download. this gets annoying on a big file
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.download a file
2.exit firefox and download manager
3.cant resume download
Actual Results:
I had a partially downloaded useless file
Expected Results:
resume the download
