It correctly handles the e-mail address but any parameters end up as part of the last e-mail address. This is also seen in 1.8b1. Perhaps bug 231032 or bug 209097 is involved? (Just a guess since they involve mailto and had checkins between a5 and a6.)

I've missed the obvious "mailto:a@a.com?subject=b" link in my description and examples. This also isn't working correctly.
