Details

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.7.6) Gecko/20050317 Firefox/1.0.2 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.7.6) Gecko/20050317 Firefox/1.0.2 I need to turn off this "feature" so that when I enter sensitive information (such as login info) into the addressbar, this information isn't automatically sent to google if I happen to mistype a hostname or something. Just make it a user preference that is simple to turn on/off instead of making me hack around with internal javascript files and whatnot. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Enter a fully-qualified url that includes username/password info 2. Make a mistake in the hostname 3. Watch as your private login information is sent to google Actual Results: I got **** off Expected Results: Easily turn off this feature in the preferences.
