Confirmation and denial emails should say "Do Not Reply" and include
instructions for contacting us (even if its just pointing to our contact page).

Add more info to mail approval
I don't see why we shouldn't do this; it is good to clarify. We shoudl run
this by Kveton before committing it, though.

Hrm, when we do this we really do want a way for the author's response to be in whatever audit trail we start keeping for a given add-on. Just a note!
