I'm not sure of the correct component for this bug - it applies to form controls only within XUL, it seems. DESCRIPTION: The drop-down selects in the font preferences dialog are not scrollable. This makes it almost impossible to change my font preferences to a font alphabetically later in the alphabet than my current choice (since the default scroll position of the selects has the currently selected item at the bottom). I say "almost" because it is possible to scroll the select with the arrow keys while it is not dropped down (except it's hard to get the select focused due to bug 29215). STEPS TO REPRODUCE: * Go to "Edit | Preferences" * Choose "Fonts" panel (within "Appearance") * drop down the list next to "serif" * attempt to scroll with the scrollbar ACTUAL RESULTS: * dragging or clicking the scrollbar in various places does nothing to the state of the select EXPECTED RESULTS: * using the scrollbar should cause scrolling DOES NOT WORK CORRECTLY ON: * Linux, mozilla, 2000-02-25-15-M14

waqar, could you take a look at this? I think someone has messed with event processing on Linux, it appears as if the mouse has gone into some sort of "capture" mode or something.
