If a full file name contain national charcters (Russian characters - in my case), for example d:\Папка\file.html or d:\Folder\файл.html, it will be opened without errors (by double click on file icon in Explorer). But if I'll try to open one more such file, I'll get an error: File /d:/Folder/%D3%E4%F5%G6.html doesn't exist. Check address and try again. Of course, I can use menu File\Open file, but it's not vrey convenient way. I hope that you'll fix this bug soon. Sorry for my bad English :). Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.
