if case of filename changes, back/forward doesn't recognise different filenames

load a page by pasting directly into the location bar, e.g.:
http://www.ctac.co.uk/Privacy-policy.htm
load another page, a different document with the same filename but for a
different case in the filename, e.g.:
http://www.ctac.co.uk/privacy-policy.htm
Debian's Firefox 1.0.3 and Firefox 1.0 on Windows XP 'back' and 'forward' don't
recognise that there are 2 documents, where as the 'Go' menu and 'History' do

Steps to Reproduce:
WFM on trunk, so it must be.
