For (some) sites it is not possible to get an encrypted connection. This is also
the case when I use Mozilla, But Opera en IE don't have any problem with that site.
Also, using Firefox on another computer (complete separate installation) has
no problems.

Open the website
Try turning off OCSP if you're using a proxy.
Tools > Options > Advanced > Security > Verification
If that solves it, than this is a dup of bug 111384

You're right switching off OCSP solves it.
Firefox on the other system had also OCSP turned off.
