It would be useful for iframes to support the tabindex attribute to streamline
their use in WYSIWidgets, i.e., contentEditable textarea replacements. This
would be an extension to the specs,[1] but FWIW, Internet Explorer already
supports this extension.[2] I believe the iframe and object elements are
related, so this bug is probably related to bugs found under 'tabindex object'.

tabindex has already been implemented for all elements, it will be available in
Firefox 1.1
