Steps to Reproduce:
I'm using Google's blog sevice Blogger (http://www.blogger.com).
Let's suppose that you've already blogger user.
1. Go to blogger.com
2. Login
3. Click 'New post'. Form for new post appears which allows you to choose
between two tabs: 'Edit HTML' and 'Compose' - rich text editor form.
Actual Results:
You can edit text only using 'Edit HTML' form without any inline formatting. If
you choose 'Compose' - rich text form appears, but cursor doesn't appears inside

text and maybe gfx in 'Edit HTML' - the result displayed inside rich text
editor, but without ability to edit.
