The umlaut will be replaced by some html or unicode-value (I don't know, what this is) Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. create a path including an umlaut. Winusers create C:/Täst/ 2. create a simple html-file in this location - like test.html 3. try opening the file with firefox directly Actual Results: An error is displayed, that the path cannot be found.
