go to http://fortes.com/main.html ... it will render the entire page with a
blue background, if you try it with an older browser it works fine. The
stylesheet is an external one.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Browser
2. Go to http://fortes.com/main.html
Actual Results: You will see the badly rendered page.
Expected Results: Render it correctly.

Actually, this is a dup of 1007. The elements that the reporter expects
to have a background color are of mixed case in the class attributes in
the HTML, while the CSS has them as all caps. The HTML specification says
that the class attribute is case sensitive, therefore this is not a valid
bug.
Reopening to change the dup.
